Refund Policy

Families may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by contacting support. No detailed reason is required during the pilot.

When a refund is completed, Toldkin archives the story project, revokes private links, stops new answers, and marks the order as refunded.

Paddle, the Merchant of Record for Checkout payments, returns approved refunds through the original payment method. Bank processing times are controlled by the payment provider.
